Fish tacos are a long time favorite, but deep fried, fatty sauces, and all the extras can wreak havoc on your nutritional goals, so we created these awesome healthy fish tacos!
You will need:
- Fish of your choice (we use white fish, although Salmon would also work)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Corn Tortillas or Large Lettuce Leaves
- Shredded Cabbage
- Sliced Fresh Avocado
- 1/2 C Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2TBPS Green Chili Powder (more or less to taste)
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder (more or less to taste)
- splash of milk of your choice
- 2 Limes
Mix yogurt, green chili powder, and garlic powder in a bowl squeeze 1/2 of a fresh lime over. Mix well adding milk as needed for desires consistency. Taste test and add more spices to suit your preferences.
Cut fish into pieces to fit in your tacos, salt and pepper. Place fish in 350 degree oven or air fryer until it flakes.

When fish is cooked to a flaky texture, place on lettuce leaves or tortilla, top with green chili yogurt sauce, avocado, and shredded cabbage. Squeeze fresh limes over the top and enjoy!
