Skin Nourishing Smoothie

Today I want to share one of my favorite smoothies!
The physical benefits of glowing nourished skin and healthy hair and nails is just a bonus!

2/3 C Coconut Milk or milk of your choice
1 C Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 C Berries, your choice but blueberries have some extra benefits
1/2 Avocado
1/4 fresh pineapple
1 C spinach or kale
1 tsp cinnamon
1 small banana
drizzle organic raw honey
a few ice cubes

Place all in a blender and blend until smooth, enjoy!!
